Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-09-08
This policy explains what information Graph Paper Hub (graphpaperhub.com) does and does not collect when you use the site, who processes it, and the choices you have. The site makes free printable graph and grid paper, and you never need an account to use any of it.
The short version
Every sheet you create is generated entirely inside your own browser. Nothing you draw, configure or download is ever sent to us or uploaded to a server — we never see it and cannot store it. The only data collected is the standard, largely anonymous measurement and advertising data described below, gathered by Google so the site can be understood and kept free.
Information we do not collect
- We do not ask you to register, sign in, or provide your name, email or any other personal details to use the generator.
- The grids you build and the files you export (SVG, PNG, PDF) are produced locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information collected automatically
As on most websites, some technical data is collected automatically through the services below:
- Google Analytics 4 — provides anonymous, aggregated statistics such as which pages are viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and how visitors move through the site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; an address is used only momentarily to derive coarse location and is then discarded.
- Google AdSense — serves the advertising that keeps the site free. Google and its advertising partners may set and read cookies or similar identifiers to measure ads and, where permitted, to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.
- Hosting (Cloudflare) — the site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages, which processes limited technical data such as IP address and request headers in its server logs in order to serve the pages securely and protect against abuse.
Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. On this site they are used by the Google Analytics and Google AdSense services above; the graph-paper generator itself needs no cookies to work, and uses your browser's local storage only to remember your own settings — the light or dark theme and the sheets you last worked on — which never leaves your device. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and doing so will not affect your ability to create or download sheets.
Advertising choices
You can turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and find additional controls at aboutads.info and Your Online Choices. Turning off personalization does not remove ads, but they will be less tailored to you.
Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before any advertising or analytics cookies are set, in line with the GDPR and the UK GDPR. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the privacy or consent link shown on the site. Where we rely on a legal basis other than consent — for example to keep the site secure — that basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability (EEA, UK and Switzerland), or to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising (for example under the California CPRA). Because the data on this site is collected and controlled by Google, the most direct way to exercise most of these rights is through the Google controls linked below and Google's own privacy tools.
International transfers
Google and Cloudflare are global providers, so the data they process may be handled on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards set out in their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The site is intended for a general audience, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
How Google uses this data
Data handled by Google Analytics and Google AdSense is processed under Google's own terms. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change takes effect when the revised version is posted here, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
